The Commerce City area, located just southwest of the Jeppesen Terminal, is home to some of the most popular and established off-site DEN parking facilities. These locations are easily accessible using the Tower Road exit off of Peña Boulevard.

Driving Directions to Commerce City Parking Lots
These directions assume you are traveling on Peña Boulevard after exiting I-70.
From Denver / I-70 Eastbound:
- From I-70 East, take Exit 285 to merge onto Peña Boulevard toward the airport.
- Continue for approximately 5 miles.
- Take the Tower Road Exit (Exit 5).
- At the traffic light at the bottom of the ramp, turn LEFT onto Tower Road. (If coming from DEN toward Denver, you would turn right).
- Your chosen parking facility will be located shortly along Tower Road or just off of it (e.g., E 81st Avenue). Look for the specific signage for Canopy Airport Parking or The Parking Spot.
From E-470 Northbound (South Metro Area):
- Take Exit 28B for Peña Boulevard Westbound.
- Immediately exit Peña Boulevard at Tower Road.
- Turn RIGHT onto Tower Road. The parking facilities will be on your right.
Pro-Tip for Commerce City: These DIA parking facilities are located on the “airport side” of Tower Road, minimizing your drive time once you exit the highway.
